  • Lead litigation counsel for major San Francisco developer and major Peninsula builder on numerous construction defects disputes involving, in some cases, more than 25 subcontractors, suppliers and design professionals.
  • After motions in limine were brought during trials, settled one construction defects suit with pending settlement demand of over $5 million for less than $1 million and another construction defects suit with pending settlement demand of over $6 million for less than $2 million.
  • Obtained substantial settlements, including some in excess of $500,000, for construction defects and mold claims by individual homeowners.
  • Co-author with Charles Salter of a chapter in his leading treatise Acoustics on "Legal Issues Involving Acoustics".
